Heron Walk

Heron’s Haven is an elegantly decorated coastal condo located on the bayside of the beautiful Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort.  It is a newly remodeled ground-floor 2-bedroom unit with a screened porch and an expansive view of the bay, Jolee Island and the Sandestin Marina. 

Updated throughout, this 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom will create a relaxing and restful atmosphere while taking in bountiful views of the resort’s Horseshoe Bayou and Baytowne Marina all from the screened back porch.

Take the golf cart through the resort’s tunnel and arrive at the beach in just under 5 minutes or enjoy the Choctawhatchee Bay for water activities and great views.  On the beachside, bask in the beautiful Florida sunshine.  Enjoy the sugar sand beaches and emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico.  On the bayside, add in a dash of live music, exceptional dining options, enjoy a cold beverage, and watch the boats in the marina. 

Stop by one of two community pools available to you with your rental.  Take a swim and refresh.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed, wall mounted T.V., en suite bathroom and beautiful views of the marsh areas surrounding Horseshoe Bayou.  The guest bedroom has a queen-size bed and access to a shared, full bathroom. 

The main living area, kitchen and breakfast nook are all situated within an open floor plan.  The updated kitchen includes coordinated stainless-steel appliances and durable granite countertops.  There is plenty of room for storage and meal prep and is fully stocked for all your kitchen needs. 

The dining area seats four and offers views to the bayou.  The larger living space offers a sofa, wall mounted T.V., and breakfast bar that seats four.

Be sure not to miss The Village of Baytowne Wharf and its year-round activities.  Live music, outdoor movies, festivals and nightlife are always happening!

  This was our 2nd year staying in this unit and we absolutely love it. The location is right in the center of the Sandestin resort so taking the golf cart to the beach or to the Village are both super convenient. The unit was spotless when we arrived and has everything you need. We mostly cooked during our 7 day stay and the kitchen has all the pots/pans/dishes you need to make meals as well as a huge fridge and pantry to store food.
  
  We stayed during Hurricane Helene's arrival and the team was incredibly responsive via text and phone as we communicated about the storm.
  We love this unit and plan to return in 2025! 10/10 recommend!

  We loved our stay at Heron Walk! We were in town for a wedding and Heron Walk was centrally located to everything: the wedding venue, grocery, restaurants and entertainment. The pictures are spot on and it's a very nice, clean, comfortable condo. The manager communicated everything in a timely manner and we had zero issues. We loved having the golf cart included and used it throughout our stay since all the amenities were so convenient. We would definitely stay here again!

  The condo was very comfortable, clean, and well-equipped. The beds were comfortable, and we all thought the sofa was the perfect nap-taking sofa! I enjoyed the screened-in porch and the terrific view of the bay. Unfortunately, the upstairs owners smoke a lot so we weren't able to enjoy the outdoors as much as we would have liked. Outside of that, this was our favorite accommodation in Sandestin to date, and we've stayed in several! The golf cart was helpful even though it was a slow one LOL. Property management was very helpful, friendly, and responsive. We would stay here again!

  Everything was perfect upon arrival. Loved the villa We were in. It was spotless, beds were very comfortable, state of the art kitchen and appliances. And we loved the beautiful view of the bay from our master bedroom and deck. We also enjoyed having access to a golf cart as my husband was recovering from hip surgery.
