This quaint 30-unit gulf view complex offers a community pool, hot tub, BBQ grills, and laundry onsite. Amazing unobstructed gulf views from private balcony. There is a queen bed in the master bedroom, bunk beds built into the hall area, and a queen sleeper sofa. You will enjoy a fully stocked kitchen just right for dining in along with a living and dining area. These condos are sure to please. Beach access is located directly in front of this complex. This well-kept complex offers palm trees flowers and beautiful landscaping for you to enjoy. The pool area offers loungers and tables and chairs where you can come and watch the kids play or soak up the rays. Enjoy the sunset on your balcony with your favorite chilled drink as you unwind for the day. Pompano Joes world famous gulf-front restaurant is located across from this complex.   My family of 5 had an amazing week. This place did not disappoint. I have 3 small children and I dreaded the accommodations but once we got there it was fantastic for them as well. We had a small issue with the lock on the door but management sent someone immediately to fix it.

  We had to make last minute plans due to Ian and we’re grateful to find something. We had a great time, always love staying at Summerspell (this is our 4th time overall) and Beach Bums was very nice and accommodating. Our only disappointment was the condition of the condo, compared to other units, it greatly needs attention and some updates. Bed was rock hard, multiple light bulbs throughout the condo and porch didn’t work and the best part of Summerspell units is the view on the balcony....however this unit only had broken or seriously rusted out chairs and not even a small table to set a drink on, much less an actual table to eat breakfast or dinner at. This is by no means meant to be a negative review, just constructive thoughts based on our experiences at multiple Summerspell units. We always have a great time and this location is perfect tho.
